Baltimore, Maryland — September 10, 2026 — Precision Management Solutions (PMS) is proud to announce that the company has been honored with a Governor’s Citation from the State of Maryland, recognizing PMS for its high integrity, demonstrated ability, and outstanding service to the citizens and communities of Maryland.
The recognition was presented during the Ready, Set, GROW! Procurement Connections Expo, hosted by the Maryland Department of Social and Economic Mobility on September 10, 2026, at Rocky Gap Casino Resort. The award was received by our Director of Operations MOYO FAKEYE
For PMS, the Governor’s Citation represents an important milestone in a journey that began in Maryland nearly a decade ago.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in the Baltimore area, Precision Management Solutions was established with a mission to help government agencies and organizations solve complex business and technology challenges through disciplined project execution, innovative solutions, and a commitment to quality.
Today, PMS has grown into a team of 28+ professionals delivering services across project and program management, organizational change management, business analysis, quality assurance and testing, training, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and technology implementation support.
Maryland has remained central to that growth.
PMS has had the privilege of supporting significant public-sector programs and technology initiatives involving the Maryland Department of Health (MDH), Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC), and Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA).
These engagements have allowed our professionals to contribute to programs touching healthcare and human services, education, transportation, technology modernization, data quality, system implementation, and improved government operations.
